"Instructions were easy, but I did have a few gripes"
I ordered from BredaBeds and, the instructions were easy to follow. I didn’t really have to guess what to do, which was nice, and the setup went smoother than I expected. That said, I still had a few annoying moments. Some of the pieces could’ve been labeled better, and I kept thinking the labeling could’ve been clearer. Also, a couple steps felt slower than they needed to be, like they could’ve explained them a bit better. Not a huge deal, but yeah, the labeling thing especially bugged me more than once.

"Didn’t last very long"
I was kinda disappointed. It worked fine at first, but then it broke way sooner than I expected. I really thought it would hold up better, but nope... not for me i guess.

"Delivery timeline kept changing"
Shipping was okay overall, but the delivery took longer than I expected. The frustrating part was that the estimated date kept shifting, like the goalposts were moving every time I checked. It did arrive in the end, but I wish the timeline had been more clear from the start.

"Helpful customer service, once things got moving"
I had a small issue with my order i don’t have a ton of patience for back-and-forth stuff like that. But the support team did get back to me quickly and explained what was going on in a way that was easy to understand, which I appreciated.
I’m only not giving 5 stars because I had to follow up once, and that always annoys me a bit. After that, though, they sorted everything out fine. Overall, it was good customer service and I’d be okay ordering again.

"Honestly, easier than I thought"
I was fully expecting this bed to be a total headache to put together, because let’s be real, furniture assembly usually finds a way to ruin your day. But the instructions were actually clear enough and the parts were labeled well, which was a huge relief. It still took me and my brother a few hours, and yeah, we got annoyed here and there, but it went way smoother than I expected. Now that it’s done, it looks great, so at least the effort paid off

"Not the space-saver they promised"
I was really hoping this would free up more room, especially since it was made to sound like a big space-saving solution. The design is fine and it looks okay, but it barely saves any space. Feels like the promises were bigger than the actual result...

"Pretty overpriced honestly"
I really thought it would feel a lot nicer for the money. The bed is fine I guess, nothing terrible, but once shipping and all the extras got added on it just felt way too expensive for what it is. I don’t feel like I got great value here... probably wouldn’t buy it again
